Boncap Optical Benifit

I went for new prescription glasses and had an eye test done. I choose my frame and was on my way. The optician called ne back and said that Bonitas will only cover R660 and that I have to pay the difference. The Bonitas bocap Benifit states that I am allowed 1 pair of glasses and 1 eye test within a 2 year cycle with no mention of howmuch Bonitas will contribute. Up until today I haven't received any documents nor my membership card. Very Dissapointed as I have never experienced this with my previous medical Discovery and will be looking to cancel the medical with Bonitas and going back to discovery.
