It is disgusting and scary how a medical aid can ***** from their members. for like 10 years I had to confirm that I am my mom's primary care giver and finally 3 years ago they said we don't have to confirm every year. This month in stead of R1480 they take R3800. she is lucky that I have a job and even though I cant really afford losing R2500 a month what do other pensioners do when ************ practices like this line the pockets of corporate ********s. No refund once we jump through all the hoops. Disgusting! She hasnt left the house since May 2024 when we voted and I have paid her premiums from my same bank account for almost 20 years. what new income at 75 is she getting? Can she become a truck driver, adult film star or is it the R30 extra on her SASSA which barely covers her vitamins and cigarettes? They should get zero stars
