Bonitas you will have to relook your income verification process. *Member paying * Third party paying - Inform the person as per payment details.

I pay my moms medical aid contribution every month. My moms falls under the lowest bracket. Jan 2018 amount of R2235 was deducted. Due to late submission of the Income verification form. Documents was send to a different email address.

The BonCap income verification form process is a standalone process. But the information on the form is not loaded to your system as per sign document. (2015 /2016/ 2017)

The email address on the form is the requested email address to be use for this process, but never loaded.

You should not be asking for information which you do not use. This form asking for the email but still send it to a different email address.

I think there are a lot more third party paying people that have the very same issue.

Please explain?
