Boncap for the win

Having experienced other medical aids, Boncap, namely Sadeya Yaghya was a breath of fresh air. Everyone who has medical aid/a hospital plan has had the ''are they ******** me'' thought cross their mind. But this time, Sadeya managed to relieve me of those fears. It took a few calls to find her, but when she caught wind of my case, she handled it with finesse. After my son's surgery, I started receiving the bills. They were not minor shortfalls, but massive ones that could have impacted me financially for years to come. Sadeya Yaghya was able to handle my case in such a professional and efficient manner, and by the end of a week, she had managed to sort out my case.
