Boncap extremely bad, *********** service playing with lives

Let's start with Boncap I have been a member of Bonitas/Boncap for 20 years I am a type 2 diabetic that relies on insulin. Now since December 2024 I have not received any of my diabetic medicine not insulin nothing. They need a HB1AC blood test. I do this test every 6 months as I am on the diabetic program. Every 6 months I go to the specialist fisision for testing and check up. My last appointment was beginning December. I had to go do an additional test beginning January on request of medical aid. Sent the test easily 6 times already as they keep saying they did not receive the results. I have been without my chronic medication including insulin for a month. I am insulin dependant and have to inject before every meal and morning and night.

I have now tried all possible options and just don't seem to get help. I don't have insulin and therefor eat the bare minimum which in return drops my blood sugar. If I eat more it pushes up my blood sugar this is extremely dangerous and I don't know how to solve this.

20 years of getting insulin from the same medical aid and I am now stuck without any solution. I am paying the second monthly payment without getting anything in return.

This is poor extremely poor service.
