BONCAP BENEFITS
BONCAP BENEFITS I would like to seek clarity with regards to the BONCAP benefits for 2021.
I have noted with great concern that Boncap no longer covers surgery for back and neck operation. My Mother Mrs ON Gaula (Membership number: ***) is currently suffering from lower backache which is severely painful and is affecting her ability to walk.
The Dr recommended that she undergoes a procedure / operation to fix her back.
The decision to not fund the procedure means that she will have to endure this pain throughout her life.
How do we progress with finding a suitable solution to this matter, can you please advise.

04 Oct 2021, 09:08I've been waiting for an e-mail from the lady that contacted me and promised to provide a detail of what the Dr must submiT. 29 September I followed up with a call, same promise "we will inform the lady and you will be contacted before end of business day" Today is the 4th October - no call and no e-mail. How long must I wait?
