Boncap authorisation is a ****

I’m struggling to get an authorisation to see a Dr , I’m currently pregnant and they don’t even care yet I pay so much for the medical aid . I’m due to deliver and if I don’t get authorisation I’ll have to pay the bill myself yet I’m paying for medical aid . The consultant I spoke to says there’s nothing he can do since Boncap number isn’t working he just gave me an email that replies with auto replies on my email.
