Boncap and PHA are worst medical aid ever. ****mers

Boncap is a ****, they are refusing to pay the doctor thus he is fighting his battles at my expense. My baby has not been issued a birth certificate due to no payment to the doctor. Now they have done even WORSE, they have involved a third party contractor (P.H.A) , it makes it even more difficult to make sense of the situation.
