There is nothing to rate. Boncap… terrible option you pay so much bills in the end you could have paid everything yourself. Their answer to a complaint after 4 working days is.. that is the rules. Very professional thank you. They are forcing you to use certain specialists i for one will not be forced to use a obstetrician that i hear bad stories about. Or out my children’s health in the hands of an paediatrician i don’t know or trust this doctor has been with my children since birth he knows us. Why not say that a member can use any doctor and still just pay a fixed amount but because i go to a doctor I’m comfortable with you don’t pay at all because they are not on your network. Useless. Please don’t phone me I already logged a complaint and it did not help.
