Bon**** Medical Aid Scheme ~ the most useless pathetic don't care medical aid scheme ever to exist

They should change their name to Bon**** - because that's what they are ****! It is now 20 working days since I app**** to them for an authorisation number to see an orthopaedic surgeon and still, I wait and wait and wait. I have done everything requested by them, completed and submitted forms, sent emails, spent hours on the phone and wasted hundreds of rands in airtime. My GP and the orthopaedic surgeons PA have also completed and submitted forms, telephoned and emailed. All to no avail.

This is now beyond a joke. And Bon**** does not care that their paying members are in constant daily pain and all because they don't care to get off their backsides and do what they are paid to do.

I have escalated this matter to Wendy Knowler and the CMS as I have now had enough of Bon**** and their useless, don't give a damn attitude.
