I called in February to remove my daughter as a dependent and I was told she would serve notice for 30 days which was OK but now I got debited for both me and my daughter and she is removed from the medical aid and as I call in im being transferred to a rude agent called siya something Im being treated like im not being debited I would recommend anyone to use this shameless service provider
