Bo-nightmare-tas

I had a previous review where I was taken to Debt collectors for outstanding balances. Bonitas investigated and was found that the amount was paid to my employer and that they should pay the outstanding amount. I was handed over to Shapiro Shaik Inc. When I explained the situation they still phone me everyday for the outstanding amount. Tried calling Bonitas several times to contact the debt collectors to remove my name from the list but no luck. Every time I phone they say I will receive an email regarding my query but haven't received anything. I wasted alot of airtime to hold the line for no help at all.

Can someone please resolve this for once and for all.....
