Blatantly ignoring emails, and no regard for customer service

<p>Does Bonitas even care about their customers? I have a problem with the "service"they sold me. It has been almost a month that I tried to get the problem solved,but there is a lack of urgency from these people.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is no response on emails, and if you phone you get transfered from one person to the next. What must I do to get into contact with someone in a management position that is actually intrested in providing a service?</p> <p> </p> <p>Bonitas is quick to take your money after selling you false information, but when you need to claim and they run away and make it your problem.</p>
