BLACK FRIDAY ADVERTISING - Bonitas Medscheme Medical Aid must shut down

My hubby was the main member on this Medical Aid. We have been going through financial struggle and found out from their staff so as we were in desperate need to terminate the Medical Aid. On receiving all the info we terminated services as ending 31st October 2019. Knowing this Medical Aid Company we were expecting them to go and process a Debit Order on the 1st of November 2019. I then made contact with my bank and reversed the Debit Order. Much to our dismay we could not fathom as to why this Medical Aid Company staff are so arrogant, stubborn and have a real don't care attitude towards their Clientele. After in numerous telephone calls I get told we were in arrears since 2017. Damn for such ******* and flack. No Medical Aid Company carries clients in arrears for 2years or not even a month. We wereinitially with Liberty Life and coincidentally Bonitas Medscheme bought from Liberty Life. We had not been accustomed to updating income verification details so they made contact and requested us to go into the bank and make a manual payment into their bank account as banking details were submitted to us. We did so immediately as it had to be done the same day as per their request. Simultaneously all letters since this 1st hiccup we then always forwarded any amendments or requests in writing to ZEST COVER which was our Gap Cover. All debit orders were done on tge same night at the time every month. Now this Bonitas Medscheme goes and terminates our medical aid from the 30th September 2019. This is totally unacceptable and absolutely unprofessional for a Medical Aid Company to do such mess with clients more especially having us in a state of crisis financially whereby we reside in the Homes and my hubby is unemployed. How bizarre to do business with such a Medical Aid Company whose staff will never answer client's calls on their direct telephone ext. nor do they return telephone calls or respond to messages. Putrite disgusting way conducting business with their clientele. There is no any person in their Management whom a client can ever speaking to or somebody sensible who can be of assistance with understanding to a client whom you can speak to. At this Medical Aid Company the Management and staff seem to have hidden agendas as from the switchboard to the call centres there is no way that you can ever get speaking to somebody in Management. Please don't be fooled with their advertising on television and other media for BLACK FRIDAY SPECIALS as they will only want your business and their Management and staff cannot deliver prompt efficient service. Their Gauteng Office is the worst office eithe the worst set of staff...shame on this Bonitas Medscheme. .you guys must shut your business down. .it's about time..perhaps BLACK FRIDAY MUST DO THE DEAL!!! WORST MEDICAL AID COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!! Please don't be fooled by this Medical Aid Company.Whenever I expose them to the Public they are so quick to then phone me to apologise and have them removed. I don't and NEVER have them removed. I cannot understand how they get themselves removed for their inefficient, scrupulous ways of working and disrespect mannerism.
