Birth of our third son

Firstly Bonitas were refusing to pay for my wife as they stated we knew she was pregnant when I added her to my scheme. But we got that sorted with lots of stress and attitude from the underwriter. Now they have decided to only pay R6000 of a R23000 bill for the emergency operation in which my wife almost lost her life. And to top it all still haven't sent her the baby bag which when our second son was born she received before even leaving the hospital. I am disgusted by the service and if it weren't for our son in neonatal ICU we would still be fighting.
