Bills that are not paid to date

I have done blood tests in hospital in April/May with Pathcare and Ampath but a few was not paid for to date. I did follow up but received no response.

After my hospital visit, my doctor sent a motivation for PMB for consultation and blood tests. I finally got a response but when the bill for the doctor and blood tests was submitted 2 months ago, it was declined due to insufficient funds. I queried it and I finally received a response stating that I must ask PMB to load the benefit.

The service provided by Bonitas has been so poor to date and I am so frustrated with trying to follow up on bills that should have been paid.
