Billing problems... BROKER
I’ve been trying to resolve a billing issue with Bonitas for over a week, and the lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating Im a broker and we have been trying to resolve a billing issue with Bonitas for over a week, and the lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating. I sent multiple emails to various departments, followed up. Every consultant says something different to our client at Boncap and we have not received proper feedback regarding this billing query..
