Biggest Regret of my Life moving to Bonitas

I am highly disgusted with the service I am receiving from Bonitas. I am now handing this issue over to my lawyers and I want out of this medical aid without any penalties.

I had a PPN claim for R399 in February. They rejected the claim because the MAIN MEMBER had a waiting period. The claim was not even for the MAIN MEMBER. After weeks of struggling the idiot finally realised their mistake and on 08 April I got a mail from Shanaaz Boomgaard assuring me that they will sort this out immediately. Now today 30 April I get a call from Spec Savers... The claim was rejecting again BECAUSE OF A WAITING PERIOD. Are you people just flippen stupid.... I have had it. You are useless.

You are causing bad debt to lie agains my name and giving me a bad credit record. I will take this futher and will be contacting my lawyers to sort this out. I will not allow idiots who does not know how to do their jobs to **** up my credit score. Get your **** together.
