BEYOND UNHAPPY NEW APPLICATION>

I sent my documents on 24th January 2024 to join Bonita's to start on 1st February 2024 and when I phoned on 31st January 2024 I have been told that my application has been rejected due to some pages not being inititialed. NO ONE took the decency to contact me to inform me of this as from 24th January 2024, had I not phoned to query, I would not have known and also NO ONE took time to inform me which pages should be initialed. I resent my documents on 31st January now I am being told that I still have to wait. Wait for WHO AND WHAT? And my current medical aid was cancelled on 31st January so if myself and my son has to get sick, WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSE to do due to the negligence of Bonitas? I cant even begin to describe my frustration and utter disgust. I have still sent numerous emails back and forth with Ref. nr: 240124QOTBHR.
