Beyond frustrated
Very poor service. Email queries go almost two weeks unanswered then what seems like a random totally nonsensical reply!? Over and over again. Very poor service. Impossible to get an answer from anyone who seems to know what they are talking about. Very frustrating. Why do you hide from your members Bonitas?
