Beware: Bonitas does not allow you to cancel your membership.

Quite a simple task: Cancel my Membership. With continuing bad service: claim not paid, unable to change my banking details, no response on queries etc. have moved to another medical aid. For some unknown reason nobody is able to cancel my Membership. Tried by phone, E-mail, letter and still no luck. Old story, quick to sign you up but very difficult to let go.
