Last year we were required to send income verification which I did in December due to a family ordeal. I submitted for myself and a work colleague, same documents as I did the year before. In January I get an sms about a bill. I phoned in to find they still want more documents. I gathered it all and sent it through! Now both medical aids is still suspended due to them not back dating after long emails asking them to please consider after the situation I was in. I have now a Diabetic without medical aid and the only way to settle this is to cancel all the medical aids on Bonitas in this company since my boss has to listen to all the trouble I am going through whether they are with Boncap or higher options. I will then on monthly instalments settle our drivers account and my own. This was the final straw and I still paid my normal contribution this month incl the drivers normal contribution. Bonita's refusal to respond to my emails and phone calls have become a tiresome game of ping pong and I have had enough of a medical aid with no sympathy for anyone's situation.
