BEST MEDICAL AID

I'm a bonitas member for a number of years now.Three years ago I was rushed to a private hospital due to a severe lower back pain , a MRI scan was done and a Epidural was conducted. I was in hospital for 3 days. I cannot express how stress-free the experience was from getting authorisation from bonitas to the the nurses @ the hospital. The 3 days in hospital did not cost me any money from my pocket which was great. Fast forward to August 2021 my Neurosurgeon recommended I go for another MRI . I literally waited @ the radiology department for not more than 30 minutes for authorisation from Bonitas. The MRI scan took 20 minutes. I am still surprised how quick the whole process took , after 1 hour everything was done. I've spoken to some of my family members who are with other Medical aids and they where very surprised how quick the process took. My honest opinion is that Bonitas is the BEST medical option available ( No stories - No stress - BEST experience ) Keep up the good work BONITAS. ???
