Benefits ****** at Highest Premium Level

Bonitas explained to me in April with call reference 230418QRF87B that I have certain benefits available. Upon claiming these benefits in October 2018 with call reference 191018Q272TS, I was told that these benefits are no longer available. Bonitas stole R3000 worth of Benefits from me! This false and incorrect information would have left me with R3000 worth of unpaid bills. I also updated my Income Verification with reference 171018Q23057. Bonitas claims that I have outstanding documents, but all the required documents on the form was sent. This is a trick to delay the process to push up my medical aid premium with R4000 per month. I also had **** claims put through my name in September for treatment that I did not even have. Unorganised, bad service and false information is what you can expect at extremely high costs to you as the customer...
