Benefit Booster ****

Email received from Bonitas on the 21 February 2022 states: "Please be advised that the wellness authorisation number *** has been approved and it is valid from 12 February 2022 till 31 December 2022. The benefit Booster is now activated.

As at the date of this email, a family limit amount of R1,880.00 is available, form the benefit Booster."

I tried to use this Benefit Booster amount for my latest claim: Dr Gregory Paulson R1121.23 I phoned and emailed Bonitas to instruct them to use the benefit booster for this claim. I specifically told them not to put the claim through from my savings. The consultant said she would get them to phone me to confirm. Of course they didn't and now it has gone through on my savings! This needs to be corrected. Bonitas is useless. The Benefit Booster seems it is only a ****. Email me. Do not phone me.

Not resolved. They sent me an email from *** stating that the adult dependents had to do the wellness screening. But if you look back at the numerous times I emailed and phoned trying to activate the benefit, not one person said the dependent had to do the wellness screening as well. And there is no option for the dependent to do the wellness screening online either. So this is clearly Bonitas mistake and miscommunication and should be rectified immediately. Also I need a direct email address to send through the form for my dependents wellness screening.
