Benefit Booster activation only available at Clicks ...... definitely not a boost!
What a great incentive- a benefit booster. What a disappointment that it can only be done at Clicks. From here is Still Bay there is no Clicks - closest being in Mossel Bay. Kindly advise why this option was removed from our local pharmacies - and take into consideration the close towns that do not have a Clicks - Riversdale/Albertinia.Member

Please be advised that the participating pharmacy network has been updated. You may use the Provider Locator on our website to find a pharmacy within the HRA Preferred Pharmacy Network. Kindly note that using a pharmacy outside of the HRA Preferred Pharmacy Network will not activate the Benefit Booster. The Benefit Booster will be activated once both the mental health assessment and wellness screening are completed at a preferred network pharmacy, and once the assessment data has been submitted to us. This process may take up to 7 working days. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this change may have caused and appreciate you’re understanding. Kind regards,

All your pharmacy update did was remove our local pharmacies from being able to do wellness checks. Why, and are you suggesting I travel to Herm****/Mosselbay for this ??
