Tried to activate my benefit booster plan at Bonitas, got informed by the Medical aid phone operator to which pharmacy to use to do the medical wellness exam, they in formed me that I can use Unicare Pharmacy that is Clicks, a month later another operator told me I was given the wrong information they should have said Clicks... the activation of a Benift booster shouldn't be such a hassle, where other medical aids you yourself can activate it in minutes on a app, you need to jump through all this hoops and still wrong info was given by Bonitas...
