I received a call from one of their Team Leaders in the week who could not help with the query and kept saying that the claim cannot be included in the 2022 to 2023 tax year as I submitted it on the 27th of Feb 2023 and the procedure was done in September 2022. Two agents I spoke to before told me that it would be included as the procedure was in September 2022 and all they needed to do was update their systems. Post that I heard from two other agents that it could not due to it being filed too late. Again after sending an email to the last person I spoke to with no reply. I sent another email today so let's see if another agent call with a different reply. I indicated that from now I need all communication via email so that I have hard evidence. I also indicated that if not resolved, I will escalate to the CEO of BONITAS
