Be careful if you want to change to Bonita’s medical aid

Be careful if you want to change to Bonita’s medical aid for your current medical aid thy useless and just do what they want to . We were advice to change to Bonita’s what a mistake . First we had a problem moving my dependents to Bonita’s I have a adoptive son and he is a baby he was covered on my old medical aid from day one but bonitas inforst a 3 month waiting period and my mom that have cover on my old medical aid and before that for 30 plus year also a 3 month waiting period . After a lot of fights and emails at least my son was placed on for the start date . Then I logged in the Bonita’s web side and long and behold thy now invorst a late joining fee for my mom that has medical aid for the last 30 years plus . Now thy want proof that she had medical aid all this time I mean she is 71 years old this was befor there where even computers and never I had this problem with one of my previos medical aids I mean what happened to TCF ? . I will also send a copy to this tho the medical aid ombudsman as Bonitas is shockingly bad . Please everyone please don’t join Bonitas if you on a current medical aid thy will give you a run a round for days with no correspondents’ spear yourself
