Ban you from commenting or messaging if they dont

They block you from sending them private messages or commenting on their page if they cannot answer or will not send me info I need on my state pensioner mothers account because they will have to pay out if they send me that as I know THERE IS NO SUCH CLAUSE. They refuse to pay xrays because my mothers doctor that referred her “in the meantime stopped being a network doctor”. They did not find it necessary to let my mother know that her doctor is not a network doctor anymore and they change their story every time. My mother know who referred her to the xrays but Bonitas also refuses to acknowledge that and “sommer” in the meantime decided they will not pay the doctor also which they always paid in the past but did not find it necessary to inform my mother, their client, that the doctor has gone off the network. Simply because firstly they said it was my mothers first visit to this doctor. It was not. We have the proof and they refuse to answer to that! Now they say no, its another doctor who referred her but she confirms that she definately went to her normal doctor when she was referred formthe xrays. . When I answered to that and asked them to send me the clause in their terms that says that the patient at every single visit to a doctor (the same one every time) have to ask if they are still network doctors as Bonitas find it too hard work to let their patients know about changes and even acknowledge that. What are they being paid for then????? They decide when your conversation and questions with them are finished even though not half of my questions has been addressed. Surely we will take them to ombudsman and also start looking for another medical aid for my mother as we will not want her to be with such money sucking vampires who just ban clients from further conversation if they dont want to answer the questions or if the question will implicate them, by lloking at the reviews on their oage it is clear why they have 100’s of doctor going of the network option as they most probably struggle the living blue daylights out of getting paid as well.
