Bad treatment in my time of need

I am on the primary plan where according to my knowledge it pays full cover for hospital stays at any private hospital in South Africa. Hospitalisation is covered at 100% of the Bonitas Rate. <br> I arrived at sunward hospital on the 13th of July at 5am as I was pregnant and to my feeling at the time I was loosing the baby. I got to emergency where I waited for the doctor to attend me. The doctor came at 11 am saying the medical aid Bonitas medical fund was rejecting cover, they cannot authorize netcare or my gynecologist as my plan does not cover that. They have requested me to go to a life hospital.. bear in mind, im in pain, I'm losing the baby or have already lost the baby, the doctor I can see is in bedfordview, I was told to drive myself there and see this dr before 12 as he is leaving. Stood up drove to the dr, yes,confirmed that I had lost the baby , I must go through Life hospital to wait for evacuation process.<br> All was done. To my surprise Bonitas short paid the dr R 2614.39 because the Dr I chose was not listed.. I did not choose this Dr. I was told in my state to go there and be attended, Please bear in mind that I have been using Netcare all my life,
