Bad treatment from network doctor

I had asked for list of network doctors working with bonitas. For the past nine months I have been seeing this doctor and wants me to pay cash then claim back from medical which was also struggle to get back on time from medical. I lodged complaint which I was advised it's sorted with doctor and it came to my attention the doctor is also over charging me. Today I get to doctor they want cash again and call centre is not answering calls. This is really bad as a customer.
