Bad treatment already before even joining!

Even 1 star is too high so far. I am currently looking at switching over from Discovery to Bonitas to save on costs while still having a good hospital coverage. We have always had medical aid coverage since the 90s. But Bonitas want to start charging late joiner penalties and imposing 12 month condition waiting period. We're trying to follow up every day since the Discovery one is expiring end of the year but Bonitas is giving no reply. I'm glad I'm not even on Bonitas yet after hearing all the stories on here.
