Bad to baddest!

Bonita's medical aid is the WORST! ,They would rather waist your hours spending time trying to explain why they don't cover this and don't cover that instead if showing the proof on paper , I need to see where I agreed to what my (specific) limitations and exceptions are on my contract that I signed , NOT WORD OF MOUTH OR ADVICE FROM THE HOSPITAL, hospitals are not consultants or work for Bonita's , and I wouldn't take any medical aid advice from them anyway. Now I a am stuck paying for bills that I know the medical aid is responsible for. Please do not consider , or if you do please ask the to be very specific in their details.
