bad services medical aids now DR'S

I am so angry right now this is the most stupidest medical aids, I am om the highest plan but yet I have to struggle like this, my problem is why did the broker not explain to me when I took out this medical aid according to the medical aid I can only get 120 of my sleeping tablets, the lady I spoke to says there is other sleeping medications I can take BUT IT DOES NOT WORK, I have been on 2 other sleeping tablets it does not work.

The reason for the medication begin declined is people get addicted to it , well I cannot not sleep first of all totally, I have tired going off the tablets but I STILL CANNOT sleep and when I cant sleep I get anxious if I have not slept my brain does not shut down my eyes are closed but they are not, I am a overthinker and very paranoid person thus the medication I take.

I just want to shutdown for few hours so that I do not think to much now I am begin told that I will have to pay out of my pocket really R 200 every month what about my other medication will it all say 120 THEN WHAT people are killing themselves because they have depression, and all I want so badly is to sleep, the DR PRECRIBED THIS MEDICATION we are not all the same so for someone to say sorry 120 is enough for you and you that give advice also now DR'S just asking. and again why did the lady that I called with regard to registering the medication on chronic tell me Mrs Roux this and that and the other please teach your stuff on how to speak to people and not to hide information if I knew I would not eve considered taking this medical aid

And then another thing I have been trying to register a dependent NO 3 on my medical aid she has been on BONCAP for 2 years now , she is diabetic type 1, now I am being told that there is a 12 month waiting period I thought that when one leaves one medical aid for another the waiting period will not apply please is there someone that you assist a person properly phone you back and say MRS Roux this is what you need to do I regret taking out this medical aid really cause I cant even get my medication I was told will also told that i will not be able to get braces for myself
