Bad service with bonitas

Hi, I am with Boncap on Bonitas and I was referred to see a gynaecologist by my GP and I was hospitalised for week..I am now receiving calls that I owe a certai Amount because the gynaecologist it’s not on their network okay I Understand so i Asked for their network gynaecologist, they don’t have one in Midrand like where I stay right. How is that my problem? So I asked what’s the solution because I need to go for my check up with guns every month since well I am pregnant they telling me to go to Pretoria or joburg like I have to take two or more taxis to a place I am not fami**** with.another thing is I missed my previous check because I can’t go and pay for a gynaecologist while I pay my premiums every month. I am really ****ed and I won’t even advise someone to join Bonitas, I feel helpless
