Bad service, Stay far away from them if you can.
Bad Service. I will not advise any person to join Bonitas. It's useless. I called in to just know if my uncle can go to Private Hospital, and I was told by Lerato that she can't provide the info as it will reflect bad on her stats. simply because they have a very old phone number of him, the address they have was wrong. I requetsed them to then call his number so they can talk to the wife since the man cannot speak, I get told they are an inbound call center. I am talking about someone
