Bad service!! no payment to a first Gp for the year

Once again I'm paying so much for this medical aid and it let me down why am I paying I think it's ridiculous I haven't even used and they didn't pay my go visit for my son for the first visit this year. This has given me problems so many time I'm transferring please recommend better medical aids I registered on the app and did the assessment now apparently I didn't do it this year and I can't even get in the app it's so not user friendly I'm so over this my advice don't go on this option rather go with a medical aid that pays your GP fees I'm cancelling and even when I ask on the application for them to call me they don't at all on their WhatsApp contact. It's so useless I give up on them apparently the world's number 1 that's so not true all they have been giving me is grief.now the go calls me and I must pay why do I pay a medical aid?
