Bad service from there choice of preferred provider
Bonitas has changed the pharmacy to a useless preferred pharmacy On Hello Peter it only score one ⭐.from 74reviews.Nothing more.I think as members of Bonitas we deserve much better service. I asked for generic medication, which they do not have in stock, therefore I must pay a co payment.I am getting penalized for Incompetence.I have mentioned this to Bonita's and it seems that they are OK with this. Pharmacy Direct never charged us a co payment.I this an idea to get rich quickly? This is really bad from Bonitas to send us from the pan to the fire with bad service.
