BAD SERVICE from Customer Service
It has been more that a year that we join Bonitas Medical Aid fund - *** STILL NO Membership Card have been received after Numerous requests to Customer Service - STILL NO CARD! The Whatsup service suck - keep on getting the same message over and over "The membership nr you provided is invalid" WTH???????
What should we do just to get a Membership card Please
