Bad Service from Bonitas Medical AID Call Centre

I phoned the call Centre 3 weeks ago, requesting information for and the process to follow regarding the authorisation of my sons chronic medication.

Firstly the call centre agent, gave me incorrect information, I send through all that he has advised I should do. I phone 2 weeks later because I only have a reference number for my emails sent.

The new call centre agent tells me that I was given the incorrect information and there's nothing that she can do.

There is no empathy, that there is a child out there , that is waiting for chronic treatment, but this has to be delayed, because some call centre agent gave the incorrect information, so now we must wait another 2 weeks.

My debit order bounced as well. I phoned the call centre to speak to the accounts department and I am advised that the request will take 7 working days to get back to me. I am than advised that I must do an EFT and send proof of payment. I do this of cause. I than receive an email that my account has been suspended.

I must now spend my airtime to phone the call centre, wait for someone to eventually answer and than still hold , while they try and trace your payment.

After 20minutes of hanging online, the suspension of my account is lifted.

Costing me money to phone and continuously email, not to mention that I have to keep contacting the treating doctor and ask for new information all the time, now I look like im crazy and cant follow instructions.
