Bad service from Bonitas 😡😡😡😡😡

I was pregnant and gave birth on the 21st August. On the 26th I called Bonitats to register my new born baby and was told at the end of the call my son was registered. Fast-forward I then had to take my son in for his 2weeks check up an of course I asked them to charge it on my medical Aid. On Friday the 11th October my sons pediatrician calls to tell me Bonitats told them my son is not registered therefore I need to pay for the check up.

I really am disappointed in the kind of service I get from Bonitas. Everything is a struggle with Bonitas I cannot wait for January to change my medical Aid. I am sick and tired of Bonitas, I would not recommend it to anyone. I only rated them one star because there is ko option for no rating at all they give us disgusting service.
