Bad service from appointed provder
I get forced by Bonitas to use a specific service provider Marra Pharmacy. Medication get claimed and approved 04/06 and 06/06 but up to dated not yet delivered. Which coming to ***** as they had been pared for the service but doesn't delivered. Also only some prescription medication get claimed not the complete as per script. With some claimed under acute not chronic as per approved list
