Bad service
Really bad service. My brother inlaw needs autorisation, but gets no joy from them. It is urgent test that must be done!!!

26 Aug 2025, 18:38My brother-in-law recently suffered a fall and injured his neck. He urgently needs neuro diagnostic tests tomorrow to determine the extent of his injury. His medical aid, Bonitas Medical Fund, is currently delaying authorization.
It is crucial that these tests are done immediately, as he is unable to work and the doctors cannot determine the proper treatment without them. We urgently request assistance to expedite approval so he can receive the necessary care.
