Bad service ever!

The worst decision I've ever made in my life was to join Bonitas medical scheme. These people are so hard to find. You need to beg them to do the right thing which is their job obviously then they take ages to pay claims. They keep on deducting money without your knowledge and their consultants are unprofessional! It is pathetic!
