Bad Service - claim not paid

<p>Tried to get radiology claim paid from savings as medical aid dont want to approve it from Risk benefit.</p> <p>I phoned, emailed send enquiries on Bonitas chat no answer, please can someone assist, the ardiologist accounts dept is insisting i must pay the invoice in full., i wil pay once Bonitas paid the avaialble savings</p> <p>Date 27/05/17 pr ********** . My son was treated as an emergency at Bedford gardens Hospital they did not have beds available (hospital was full) so they could not admit him.</p>
