Bad service

I have been with bonitas from March 2021 but what I can tell you is that their service is very bad and I wouldn't recommend anyone to consider taking their medical aid cover, my chronic medication is forver late with the service provider they are using, in August this year I called the client services to get which gynecologist do they have on their network only to get to a gynae who told us he does not accept bonitas, I paid cash, went and complaint to the Scheme, I was told that I would be reimbursed, only to receive a one 3rd of what I paid to the Dr, I called, a lady by the name of Gugu promised to help, took the matter to her supervisor, the surname is Lynn, she did not call back, on the 23rd I called again, Gugu asked me to hold the line, I held for 50 min then hang up, till today nothing. A gentleman by Mr Kokoi once promised to assist me with other problems I had regarding my chronic medication, till this day, I am not assisted. I thought they were professional but they are not
