bad service

I'm not happy about Bonita's medical aid I did join it February they gave me the banking details and email to send the proof of payment n the proof of banking holder details and the ID but the dont help me with anything. every time when I call I fine the deferent person telling me a deferent story, after they tell me that they dont see my payment I dont understand n when I need help they tell me to start with the process. it seems they try to eat our money without helping us. I'm not happy at all with Bonita's my R3164.55 gone to the drain. I was helped my mashudu and muzi but now they dont respond to they message from email.
