Bad service

I'm a member from 1/2/2015. This is the first time I must go for a operation. From the 1 May 2022 a did not get a answer from them. I emailed them on the following dates 1/5/22,12/5/22, 16/5/22, 21/5/22, 4/6/22,10/6/22 I also phoned them on these dates including 17/6/22. Every time they tell me the same story to wait 72 hours before they will get back to me needless to say they never do. The first operation was scheduled for the 19/5/22 but due to them not authorizing it, it was moved to the 27/5/22 and still they don't give me a reason to why they won't do the operation and I have to wait 72 hours again and again I have the reference number BLN***4 and they have all the motivational letters from the doctors why I need this operation but no help or reason just that I have to wait.

I am DONE WITH THEM WILL BE GETTING A NEW MEDICAL AID
