Bad service and proof that these tender things are not for the people

This fund takes peoples life for granted and think we are stupid. I'm a chronic patient and my doctor app**** for chronic to the fund. The application was approved since then have been taking my medication from Dischem pharmacies and will pay plus 600 rands. Last month after getting a message from the fund that they are not getting my claims. I phoned and they advise that I use their accredited service provider Pharmacy Direct. I then sent everything to pharmacy and explained to them that I usually collect my meds on the 25th of every month. They said all is in order the meds will be delivered on the 25th of April 2023. Nothing came on the 25th and the following day I made a call to them (pharmacy direct), I was then told that the is a co payment of 632 that I must pay on the script. Gave them the go ahead to dispatch and deliver while I pay the money immediately. We are on the 28 today,no medication and I am three days without meds for my suger diabetes. I called pharmacy direct today again to ask,when is the delivery, was surprised to be told next week. When I ask why was I told a lie in the beginning, I was rudely told that they will cancel the order and reverse the payment and should go to local pharmacy. This is not on at all.
